How is shipping calculated?
Actual cost of shipping is calculated at the time of fulfillment. We use UPS services.
The total amount of the contents of the package is not insured with UPS for shipping by default. Standard insurance per box with UPS is $100.
Fully insured shipments will increase UPS shipping costs, but protect customers against package theft/loss. World of Glass is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact UPS Customer service.
If you want to insure your shipment, please select INSURED at checkout. This option will insure all contents of each package in your order against package theft/loss.
Free shipping ONLY applies to the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping does not apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Soft Glass orders do not qualify for free shipping unless it is a full/pallet shipment. Soft Glass needs to be wrapped and packaged with extra care and time to prevent breakage.

Do you accept Collect on Delivery(COD): No. We no longer accept COD.
Why am I being charged a restocking fee?
If we have your credit card authorization form on file your order is fulfilled immediately. When your order is ready to ship and we have not heard from you for over 7 business day your order is then restocked and you will be charged 20% for restocking.
